Recently, I was contacted by another author, stating that she saw my book, and that she wanted to know if I would like to exchange books, for an honest opinion and a review. She made it clear, that she was indeed, willing to do so. She contacted me. I agreed to get her book. The following day, she said, thank you for purchasing my book, but I am not interested in yours. How's that for trying to cheat the rating and review system, and blatantly ripping me off 4.99!  Karma will get you!

Well, that's a good one! It seems as if people are buying my books but I am not getting many reviews. Therefore, it looks as if no one is reading or liking them! When someone goes to an author's page and looks at their books, they often determine the books success, or contents, according to the number of reviews. The quality and interior of a book, with no reviews, leaves the audience thinking, "Well, maybe this one is not worth purchasing!" I urge each and everyone to always leave a review, not only on my books, but on every author's books. It helps the consumer decide whether to purchase or not, in many cases. Sometimes, and to some people, this does not matter, but on the whole, I believe it does indeed matter. Please leave reviews after reading any book, whether mine, or anyone else's. Nothing worthwhile comes easy.  The days of fast money for me are gone.  Long gone.  I am going to work, work, and work some more!  I have to make up for lost time! Perseverance, Faith, Motivation, and Patience!

I have finally finished books 1, 2, and 3! I designed new covers, using my own image, and photography. I love writing, but I also love the arts in general.  I love photography, modeling, and abstract painting!  Book 4's revisions are halfway done, and the cover is already finished.  Then on to 5 & 6! I am hoping to get the exposure with my books, to help and inspire others that change is indeed, possible! Here is a cute photo of my baby "Abby"! She has been by my side for the last 4 1/2 years!

I need to keep working hard, stay focused, and keep on learning something new each day!  One of the best pieces of advise I have gotten, is to keep on writing.  To not spend too much time trying to market on social media, and to utilize my time wisely. I have a lot to learn about this business, but I am a survivor,and I will not quit! That is not an option. It is hard to believe how fast time passes by.  I have been out of prison since 5/11/2011!  After spending seven long years behind those bars, cement walls, and razor wire electric fences, I have learned to not take things for granted.  I never want to forget to be grateful for all I have.  I am not talking about material things.  I am talking about the things you can not buy. Some of the women I did time with, such as some of the Manson girls, Betty Broderick, and many others, will never see the outside of those prison walls again.  Many will die alone, and will have wasted their lives because of the crimes they have committed.  Substance abuse, and addiction caused many of these women's destinations to be doomed.
